Help us welcome Krissy Smith to the Town & Country team! Krissy specializes in what she calls “gentle grooming” – a pampering, stress-free grooming experience that pets (and pet parents) love. Even better? Fur babies don’t have to spend all day with us! Krissy and her team provide more individual attention, so your pet can be fully pampered in as little as one to three hours. All pets receive the full Spa Visit, with optional Salon service for that perfect cut to complement your pet’s breed, coat and lifestyle.

Meet Krissy Smith
Krissy is a professional pet stylist who has earned a loyal following thanks to her talent, compassion and gentle grooming approach. She began her career in 2003 as a dog bather at PetSmart. Krissy proved to be a natural, and was offered a table in the company’s accredited groomer training academy. There she learned gentle handling skills and the basics of grooming a variety of dog breeds. After finishing the initial academy training, Krissy completed the practical training with flying colors and received her grooming certification. She continued with PetSmart for several years before moving to serve pets in another Little Rock animal hospital. She spent 13 years growing that business from one groomer to a team of four, providing outstanding service and care. Krissy has a “less is more” philosophy. Less pets in the facility = more focus and attention. Less noise in the facility = more calm for dogs. Less time in the facility = more comfort and convenience. She is committed to giving her very best to all animals, as well as their owners.
